Another  kakō deba variant – these knives are characterised by kurouchi finish that is done on the ura side.

Kakō is a specialised deba knife with a thin blade. Commonly used in Japan by professional fish butchers (fishmongers) at local fish markets all around Japan.

Kakō deba is a single bevel knife.
