OSHIKIRI HŌCHŌ   押切包丁

Also known as Banno Oshikiri Hōchō 万能押切包丁. “Oshikiri” can be translated as “push down cutter” and “Banno” means “all purpose”. Basically it’s a big blade with a long handle attached to a cutting table. This knife is used for heavy duty tasks where big volumes and high production speed are required. The blade can be removed for sharpening and maintenance

Oshikiri Hōchō is a double bevel knife.
