NAGASAKI KASTERAKIRI   長崎型カステラ切包丁

A speciality knife with a long blade, used for cutting kasutera sponge cake or similar soft patisserie products.

The blade is wider than the blade of the more traditional Kasterakiri, the tip also differs and is made square.

Nagasaki Kasterakiri is a double bevel knife.
