Specialized knife used for cutting frozen food. Dual use knife with a double sided blade. Can be used as a frozen food knife, with the side that features small yet aggressive serrations. The other side can be used as a bread knife – serrations on this side are similar to a common pankiri knife.

Specialized knife used for cutting frozen food. The tip is sharp and is divided into 2 parts. The tip is apparently used for opening packages etc. The blade itself features 2 serrated sides – a wavy formed side and a serrated side with more aggressive teeth, that are cut from both sides of the blade.
