KŌRI NAIFU   氷ナイフ

Knife used by bartenders for cutting ice cubes for drinks. There are a number of shapes that go under the same name. This particular specimen has a single bevel structure, but various double bevel variants are not uncommon either.

This version of kōri naifu is a single bevel knife.
