PETTY KNIFE  ペティナイフ

Japanese version of the Western paring knife. The name originates from the French word “petite”, which is translated as “small”. Petty knives are usually a bit longer that their western counterparts. Can be used both for cutting on the board and to cut from hands.

Petty knife is a double bevel knife.
