HAKATA BŌCHŌ 博多包丁

Home kitchen knife from the northern part of Kyushu, Hakata province. A sort of mix of bunka bōchō and nakiri. Another name for this type is Inasa Hōchō (いなさ包丁).

Hakata bōchō is a double bevel knife.
